Scented Veil — An Invitation to Turn Inward

There are moments when the kindest thing we can do is close our eyes and let the world carry on without us for a while. To soften our reliance on sight, turn our attention inward, and notice what else is here — the breath, the scent of lavender, the feeling of gentle weight, and the quieter senses that can so easily be drowned out by everything around us.

Still is a handmade aromatherapy eye mask, filled with a comforting blend of dried lavender and flaxseed. The gentle weight of the flaxseed allows the mask to rest softly across the eyes, while lavender releases its familiar calming aroma — creating a small sensory ritual for rest, meditation, quiet reflection, or simply switching off at the end of a long day.

Each mask is individually cut, sewn and finished by my mum, Farah. They’re made slowly by hand rather than produced in a factory, so no two will ever be completely identical. You may notice small variations in stitching, shape or finish — little traces of the hands that made it.

Use it during meditation, as part of your evening wind-down, while travelling, or whenever you feel the need to close your eyes to the outside world and return, for a little while, to what can be felt within.
